The cozy, board-and-bat bungalow is all on  one floor, with a separate bedroom, full bath, computer-equipped  writing  alcove  with a phone and high speed internet access, kitchen facilities, dining area and living room with a bay window overlooking the garden. A side door opens onto a private sitting area. Centrally heated  and air-conditioned, it is furnished with things that most writers need: books, magazines, music, a coffee pot and refrigerator,  a comfortable sofa for taking naps - and a built-in editor.
